Having graduated in Business Studies, Alex's early career was spent in a series of senior roles in retail operations, merchandising and planning, management development and human resources with industry leaders such as C&A, Habitat, Etam and Goldberg's.

Alex has spent much of the past 25 years helping business leaders in the retail and real estate sectors to attract and retain top executive talent. Latterly, Alex was instrumental in the company's international expansion by establishing RMC's Asian Head Office in Mumbai, India, in 2007.

Nowadays Alex specialises in senior and board-level appointments and consultancy, particularly in India.

Following an early career as a journalist / trainee producer with the BBC, James held a variety of retail operations and senior development roles in high-street retailing, culminating in his appointment as Head of Marketing and Advertising for Wrygges and the Goldberg retail group.

James has wide-ranging experience in executive and senior / board-level appointments, and developed RMC's specialist recruitment services division for the international Shopping Centre and Outlet Centre sectors.

More recent developments have seen James assume a pivotal role in facilitating the expansion of ambitious retail brands into new and emerging markets by brokering joint venture, franchise or licensing partnerships.

Tony has over 20 years executive and board experience in retail logistics and supply chain management. Prior to joining RMC, he had a strong background in service provider organisations such as NFC, P&O and BOC, as well as for retailers such as Goldberg's, Savory & Moore, and the WEW Group.

In addition, Tony has extensive management consultancy experience with international consultants, Kurt Salmon Associates, advising organisations such as Gateway, Dorothy Perkins and a number of suppliers to Marks & Spencer.

Tony specialises in logistics, supply chain, and retail real estate appointments across Europe, and employs his considerable experience to support clients in emerging markets.

After graduating MA (Hons), Morven joined Etam, progressing to Branch Manager across all divisions (Etam, Tammy, Snob, Peter Brown). She was later to be promoted into Head Office as their Branch Operations Manager, an intermediary role between HQ functions and branch and field operations. Morven joined Royal Collection Enterprise in 1994 as Operations Co-ordinator for The Queen's Gallery and Royal Mews at Buckingham Palace.

Morven joined RMC in 1996, and is responsible for a wide range of appointments, particularly within the retail operations and buying and merchandising sectors.

Having graduated from Herriot Watt University, Edinburgh, in 2000, Joseph pursued an early career within Central Government as a Policy Manager advising on legislative areas of Town & Country Planning and Education. This was followed by two years at The Official Report within the Scottish Parliament before joining RMC in early 2005.

Having initially joined as a consultant operating in the international retail and retail real estate sectors, Joseph progressed to the role of Head of Business Development in 2007. With a primary focus on establishing RMC in new and emerging markets, including a one-year secondment in India, Joseph continues to work extensively with clients across Europe, the Middle East, and Asia.

Amanda graduated from the University of Mumbai with a Bachelor's degree in Statistics and continued her further education at Wigan and Leigh College, India, where she was awarded a postgraduate degree in Human Resources. Amanda began her career as a researcher, joining an established executive search and selection business in Mumbai before gaining valuable consultancy experience with a leading international head hunter in the Middle East.

Amanda joined RMC in 2008 as an Associate Consultant and helped develop the company's India-specific research function. Amanda was promoted to a full Consultant in October 2009 and, in association with the CEO and Head of Business Development, acts on behalf of many of RMC's key clients from India's retail, logistics, and retail real estate sectors.

Daniel graduated BA (Hons) in Psychology before being awarded MSc Information Technology from the University of Stirling in 2005. During this time he gained valuable experience with blue chip companies including the Virgin Group, Marks & Spencer, and the Hilton Hotels Group.

Daniel has worked with RMC in various capacities from the ground-up before assuming overall responsibility for the IT systems in 2006. This increased when RMC expanded internationally in 2007, with much emphasis shifting towards developing systems to integrate the offices and promote continuous improvement initiatives.

Nowadays Daniel is also responsible for RMC's financial management and management of relationships with international and domestic clients.
