Reporting directly to the Trading Manager of Home your key objective will be to provide leadership, commercial guidance and inspiration to staff and concession partners. We are looking for an enthusiastic individual with excellent organisational and motivational skills. Your experience in large scale high volume retail operations or multi site management will include the proven ability to think and act cross-functionally at all levels of seniority. They are looking for at least 3-5 years operational experience with a blue-chip retail, department store or shopping centre environment.
