You will manage the performance of creative and media agencies and will be familiar with planning; implementing and tracking a substantial marketing spend. You will use your strong interpersonal skills to build positive partnerships with retail tenants, the local community and town centre management; you will be a resourceful self-starter with a passion for first class customer service.

Head of UK Leasing

You will be a seasoned Leasing professional, with at least 5 years in a similar capacity within a major Shopping Centre Developer, Retailer or Agency. You will be fully familiar with the key players in the UK retail sector, and capable of developing and nurturing effective relationships with both existing as well as potential retail tenants. You will negotiate at principal level, and lead the activities and performance of a number of on-site Leasing Managers in each centre.

Facilities Manager

Our client is a forward thinking, proactive shopping centre management company whose clients are among the very best property investment organisations in Europe. They manage the premier shopping centre in prosperous South West London where they now require an experienced Facilities Manager.
On site there are over 60 retailers occupying 300,000 square feet, a newly established food court and parking for 750 cars.
The Facilities Manager is responsible for ensuring that shoppers and retailers enjoy a safe, secure and clean environment by managing the cost effective facilities soft services provided by retained specialist contractors.
Experience of facilities management on a similar scale is essential and relevant qualifications such as NEBOSH, IOSH or SIA accreditation would be a distinct advantage. You will also have an outgoing personality, good communication skills, a strong commercial approach and experience of managing service providers in an SLA / KPI driven environment.
