A key aspect of their unique approach is their dedicated Retail Focus, enabling Tenant Principals and Store Managers to benefit from established retail and management procedures geared towards the mutual success of both Landlord and Tenant, working in partnership. This organisation effectively act as a "one stop" solution for Investors and Developers, and provide a comprehensive range of client services including Centre Management, Facilities Management, Marketing, Tenant Leasing, Treasury, etc.

This brand new role is a hybrid Asset Management / Lease Management / Audit, based out of their Glasgow office, but as the person would be involved with individual centre's admin staff and treasury depts, there would be some travelling involved across Europe.

Key headline responsibilities are as follows;

- Getting the tenant debts down to the best in class
- Ensuring the links between the centre team and treasury are strong
- Providing due diligence info for potential buyers
- Ensuring the financial info provided is quality assured
- Assessing treasury suppliers in centres
- Minimising landlord contributions through the management of the service and promo charges
- Ensuring the year end reconciliations are done promptly and accurately
- Manage tenant leases and flag up renewals etc.
- Benchmarking and analysing KPI trends
- Ensuring document control and info libraries
- Ensuring the Glasgow office is slicker on delivering admin tasks such as expense claims, travel, fee collection

Key skills;

- A finance/accounting/auditing background with knowledge of credit control
- A systems and process person with good IT skills
