Candidates are routinely interviewed and assessed in person by an RMC consultant and are fully briefed and properly equipped prior to any client interview.
No personal information will be issued to any third party without the express prior consent of the candidate and RMC ensures that all information issued is current and accurate.

We maintain a high quality database of carefully selected retail, property and logistics managers whose expertise can be made available to clients on a permanent or interim basis.
Numbers alone do not make a good candidate database. Our database is large, but it is also of exceptional quality, with an international geographical spread.
